Blueberry Heavenly smoothies
Here, I always look for recipes for smoothies if I want to treat myself with something healthy, not always the processed drinks I can buy at grocery stores.
Also, I do insert light topic like recipes after some serious topics or heavy topics I have written. So, to make things light I want to write about recipes once in a while. I wrote my topics mainly to help myself and also share it, just in case somebody out there may also need it.
As I have said before, no matter what I do, how I wish my life is as smooth as these smoothies that I featured, life is not like that. I have been to ups and downs, ups and down of life but right now I am quite more stable as I was before.
Stable as I had found out, I have total control over stress and I can do something to fight it. I am always a victim of unwarranted stress as if I can't do anything to stop it.
I have been into a roller coaster ride for the past few years. One time it can be so happy and fun then one time very low and very depressed.
You can trust berries to give you lots of health benefits and one these fruit from these family is the blueberries. Top 5 benefits of blueberries include the following:
1. source of antioxidants
2. reducing belly fats
3.healthy urinary tract
4. preserving vision
5. fighting cancer
Blueberries are not common here in my country, but in some cold places, they have available blueberrie jams or preserves so one can still make some blueberry smoothies if they like. Here is an adapted recipe from allrecipes.com
Blueberries
Blueberry Heavenly Smoothies
1 piece of frozen banana then thawed for 10 minutes
1/2 cup vanilla soy-milk
1 cup vanilla flavored oatmeal cereal drink
1-1/2 teaspoon of honey or sugar
2/3 cups of frozen blueberries
2 cups shaved ice
Directions:
After thawing the banana, slice this into pieces. Place this in the food blender then add the rest of the ingredients except the blueberries. Processed them using low speed first to mix well. When blended well, add the blueberries and processed again slowly until even in consistency.

Energy drinks of any kind definitely give a lot energy to the body in order to get better power by all means.
