Fig sauce with rosemary
200 g dried figs
50 g honey
100 ml white wine
1. Cut figs and chopped fresh rosemary leaves.
2. Add other products. Put them in a pan and cook 20 minutes.
3. Remove the pan. Stir the mixture until sauce thickens.
4. Leave to cool. Blend.
Serve sauce over biscuits or ladyfingers. Serve with white wine or champagne.
Chips bacon and cheese
4 thin strips of bacon
4 thin slices of four cheese
1. Place bacon on a baking paper. Bake it at 180 degrees until it becomes crispy.
2. Place cheese on baking paper. Drop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden.
Stuffed Boiled Eggs
* 6 hard boiled eggs
* 1 red pepper
* 1 green pepper
* 1 onion
* 2 cloves garlic
* 2 tablespoons parsley
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 5 tomatoes
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* 1 tsp sugar
* Pinch of basil
Fry chopped peppers, chopped garlic, basil, finely chopped onion, parsley and add salt to taste. Peel tomatoes, cut them into small cubes, and add them in the pan. Leave on low heat until sauce thickens. Add vinegar and sugar. Sprinkle with pepper and joints to cool. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, blend them, and add to mixture. Fill eggs with mixture. Leave the eggs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving them.
Tortellini with Prosciutto and Sage
200 g prosciutto
400 grams Tortellini
100 g butter
4 tbsp grated "Parmesan"
6-7 sticks Sage
70 ml white wine
Melt butter in skillet. Add
diced prosciutto. Add white wine.
Add to cooked sauce Tortellini. Sprinkle them with parmesan when serving.
Decorate the dish with sage leaves.
