Delicious Poori varieties

Fried bread called Poori is very famous in India. I added how to make delicious tomato poori and carrot poori. Try it and Enjoy!!!!

Tomato Poori

Ingredients :
Tomato - 3
Wheat flour - 2 cup
red chilli - 2
salt - as required
ghee or oil - 1 spoon
Oil - to fry

Directions :
1.Grid tomatoes and red chillies.
2.Mix the above, salt with wheat flour by adding ghee oil.
3.Shape them and roll it into thin disc.
4.Heat oil in a pan.
5.Deep-fry the pooris in hot oil for both side.
6.Serve hot with spicy gravy.

Carrot Poori

Ingredients :
Wheat flour - 2 cup
grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1/2
Green chilli - 2
Coriander
salt - as required
ghee or oil - 1 spoon
Oil - to fry

Directions :

1.Grid green chillies and ginger and make it like a paste.
2.Mix the above, grated carrot, salt and coriander with wheat flour by adding ghee oil.
3.Shape them and roll it into thin disc.
4.Heat oil in a pan.
5.Deep-fry the pooris in hot oil for both side.
6.Serve hot with any gravy.
