Guiding Others
Some times we are in need to give advice and suggestion to our friends to solve their problem. Most of our friends will come to us when they are in problem and ask some help and suggestions to solve their problem. At that time we are in need to give some advice as well as solution to them. If we already face this kind of problem in our life, it is not hard to give suggestions to them based on our experience, but the problem is new to us, we must be very careful while giving our suggestion to them.
We must fix our self in their position and give our suggestion based on our activity, i.e we must give the advice based on our own idea, what will we do if we are in the same position. If we have the proper solution to solve the issue then we can share our idea confidently with our friends, if we are not sure about our idea, better to avoid giving ideas and suggestion to our friends. Some times our bad ideas will give some unwanted issues to them.
Always i give my suggestions based on my experience, if my friend's problem is new to me, i will fix my self in his place and give suggestion to him based on my activity in that situation. If i don't have the ability to solve his problem, i will tell him to ask ideas from some other friend. As i am not interested in increasing his problems, as well as this kind of activity is not good for a friend.
If we are not sure about our idea as well as our idea is not a proper solution better to tell our friend to find some other solution for their problems than guiding them in a wrong way.
