I agree with Bugg. Halloween treats should also be given to dogs.
Bugg is a trooper
Bugg hopes you like his costume. Bugg is a root'in toot'in cowboy.
Bugg loves these meatballs so much. Bugg was willing to stand outside, in the Alabama heat, just to show off one of his favorite halloween treats.
They're easy to make.
Very few ingredients are required and
Your dog will love them just as much as our Bugg does.
Ingredients
You can use any ground meat but, I prefer using turkey meat.
2 pounds ground turkey
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 egg
1/4 red bell pepper
Makes 12
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees
Add all but your red bell pepper in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Make 12 meatballs.
Almost ready for the oven
Place your meatballs in a oven proof glass pan or a cookie sheet.
Cut your red bell pepper in 12 pieces.
Top each meatball with a piece of red bell pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Bugg says...
"But, no, no Daddy...
I did say trick or treat, I promise!"
"I promise daddy, I will just take one."

OK, Buggs, I'm going to cook up a batch. I'm not going to promise to have only one.

SiddiQ, I am so sorry your Hugo is no longer with us.
We just lost our Max, this last May.
We also lost his dad Boo, the May before, in 2009.
I miss my guys.
I am just grateful that I was able to be in their lives, for the time I was.
A eyeball cheer for Hugo.:)

Long live Hugo Boss!
and
I am sorry about Max.
I have seen many pets come...and go. And each time that happens, it strikes me hard.

I understand SiddiQ, it hurts me also.
But just imagine, if we never had them in our lives...
I shudder at that thought.
Thank you for your condolences.

Thank you pinkchic for your kind words and just for stopping by.
I appreciate it.
The costume was not the hard part.
It was when I had to get him to pose with
his eyeballs, was when we ran into a few problems.:)
