How to Make French Crepes

This is how to make delicious homemade French Crepes.
Recipe
For Four People the Ingredients are:
Two Bowls
4 Eggs
Mixer
A Pan
1/4 of an ounce of Rum Extract
2 Pinches of Salt
200 Grams of Flour
600 ml of Milk
Large Spoon
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Measuring Cups
How to Make:
Put two pinches of salt and 1/8 of an ounce of rum extract in one bowl. Crack four eggs, and put the yolks of the eggs in the bowl with rum extract. Put the whites in the other, empty bowl. Mix the whites with the mixer until foamy. Then combine thee ingredients together. Put the flour and milk into the combined bowl, and mix with the large spoon until the batter is not lumpy. Spray the pan with the Non-Stick Cooking spray, and pour one third of a cup of the mixture onto the pan. Wait until the edges turn brown, and then flip the crepe. Wait until the edges of the flipped crepe also darken.
Serve with your favorite jam, spread, or maple syrup.

I missed those in London. Some people made those in Covent Garden and they were very small...sigh. Need to try your concoction.
