BeiYin answers questions about how to get out of the strait jacket of ones unconscious background program, that causes so much suffering when one is reacting to daily situations and happenings. BeiYin shows a practical way every body can use to heal oneself and to find freedom and real fulfillment in ones life.

BeiYin answers questions in a dialogue with people who ask by telephone, email or here...

Question: What I mean with my question: "Is it possible to understand my unconscious mind?", is if I can get to know a part of myself from that I know that it exist, even though that's pretty much all. In fact, what there is in my unconscious mind, I have no idea about it. I only can see, that it is influencing my personal life, by letting me do things that are not favorable for myself - and not for others. It doesn't make me happy do regret what I have expressed or done out of reasons I don't know. I want to change this and it seems to me, a way would be to understand my unconscious mind. Is this possible?
BeiYin: One can only understand something of oneself, when one is conscious about it, if this is unconscious, then it is like if it doesn't exist, but of course it has a constant influence on ones thinking, feeling and doing. With the result, that we react to every thing that comes to us in our daily life, without knowing what is causing ones reactions and these actions as self expressions are not necessarily agreeable. We intent to control our reactions, but this is difficult, because these show up suddenly without warning and often surprises us in their strength. The curious fact is, that we are most of the time are looking for occasions to be able to react and if we don't find enough, then we are provoking these with our behavior and how we express ourselves. We don't know why we are doing this, - we are not conscious about it. Of course, we always find a good reason for our actions and reactions and this we give in the first place to the outside and others. Seldom we look at ourselves and realize that there the real reason can be found, so that maybe we would be able to change something about it.

Question: Yes, that's exactly what I want and that is the reason why I'm asking you about it, - to find help.
BeiYin: There are ways to find out about it by yourself, if you are really interested. This might happen, when one is getting tired of being constantly frustrated and in stress when one doesn't get what one wants and ones way to provoke also only gets negative reactions from others. Actually you don't need any authority or a professional to answer your question. Your are taking self responsibility and you confront this situation as a challenge. Then you are ready to question yourself and start to search about your conditions, finding out that we are all programmed and reacting out of our unconscious background. To clear up this background one would need to understand this, but this is not possible, as it is unconscious.

Question: So what one can do to solve ones big problems with oneself that are caused by psychological traumas one has received during ones life? But as these are unconscious programs stored in my system, so I don't have any access.
BeiYin: The common way is just to live with it and when it is getting too much then go into a psychoanalysis or participate in psychotherapy groups and in this way get rid of the disturbing symptoms by finding out about ones unconscious imprints. Mostly this works for traumas that one has received in ones past. This is a long process and one needs to put quite some effort into it. I have done this many years ago and can't really suggest it. Mainly because this kind of work with oneself is not related directly to ones daily life.

Question: Well, for me this is not possible, because I can't pay a therapist over a long time. I have heard that this kind of therapy can last a year or longer.
BeiYin: Yes, it might be that one goes into another game with oneself, when one receives attention and then is experiencing oneself more consciously going through ones reactions, coming out from ones traumatic background programs. Then one needs another effort to get out of this game. But there is a way, that every body can do by oneself and it is very effective in getting to know ones unconscious background programs.

Question: That for sure I want to know...
BeiYin: One can use just ones daily life. With all present conditions and happenings. One continues with ones life the same as before, with the only difference, that when one encounters a situation and is responding, that means one is reacting, - then one is *observing* oneself, but without judging oneself or giving the fault to the outside. One simply is *observing*. Knowing, that ones reaction is provoked from ones own unconscious background program. Then one will also be able to observe ones provoking behavior and then after a while probably one will do it less, even though one is not controlling it. *Observing* means that one is aware what goes on around and within oneself.

Question: This is convincing, even though I suspect that it will not be easy, because I might be too much sucked into the daily happenings in my surrounding and maybe I should go better to more quiet spaces to do this 'exercise'?
BeiYin: One does not need to look for certain places or people to be able to do this kind of 'exercise'. It really only needs ones normal daily life with the ordinary people we meet and all the difficulties and also those enjoyable moments.

Question: You mean I don't need more favorable conditions? Even though I'm pretty much fed up with my daily conditions and people?
BeiYin: Yes indeed, these are exactly the conditions you can use for your learning and growing process. After some practice you can experience, that exactly those situations show up that you need, - causing reactions. Then you can gain the trust, that even the strongest and maybe most disgusting situation still is a creative part of your 'daily life exercise'. With this new attitude you will save a lot of energy that before was used to defend yourself and not for relating to situations and people. Now you can relate more open and it will show, that you don't need to provoke anymore and in spite of this you will receive the attention of others and also in a more open way. Communication will happen more fluently.

Question: This for sure I need, as I'm too quick and often chase people away with my spontaneous reactions and expressions.
BeiYin: An important step will show up, when you will notice your reaction before it is expressed and you will not need to put it on your surrounding. You will be aware of your until now unconscious program and you will 'understand' your reactions, when being aware what has caused these. Then you can decide, if you want to cling on this old program or when you see and understand that this was caused by an influence or happening in your early life, under circumstances that you couldn't understand, then this might be worn out and you can drop it or better said: it will drop by itself, as you are not clinging on it anymore.

Question: That is what I can see and understand as my personal growing, when I don't need to force myself and circumstances, but let it happen and being aware about it.
BeiYin: Then looking back, you will understand, that this has been your learning and growing process, that then maybe also can be seen as your *healing* process. But this is another subject and we might come back to it later...
Only one important aspect more: One can do something additionally that will help to create a positive and strong base, on that one will be able to go forward and deal with all what shows up in a relaxed and observing way and that is doing *meditation* or the *StressReleaseExercise* how I call and promote it.

Question: Why one is so much trapped in ones unconscious programs? Why people are not really interested to search for solutions for their problems?
BeiYin: The reason is, that the majority of people in the present state of evolution are identified with their personality, that is created from the influences a person has received, consciously and unconsciously. This has build up a mindset that contains all knowledge, all beliefs, all concepts and out of this there is ones self image created, that builds up ones personality and with this, together with all gathered properties, a person is identified. Out of this and this is probably the most important, a person is experiencing ones *existence*.

Question: Is this then the reason why we are defending ourselves so strongly?
BeiYin: Yes, this limited state is a kind of 'close system' and one is defending ones 'existence' and so is rejecting every thing that is not confirming ones state of being. A person can not be open to influences or information that are going beyond ones established knowledge. After a long way of suffering and only then, one might be ready and open up for it. Until then, every body is turning around oneself, chasing ones own tail like a dog and defending oneself with all means... And of course is continuing to gather properties of all kind, because this ads to ones security and identification. That all this is false and an illusion and that we are all living in a fake reality, that we have created out of our limited awareness, - that is another subject, about that we can talk another day...

Question: I'm very interested to hear more. Finally I can see some light at the end of the tunnel... I like that I can do something creative myself, being responsible for myself and not depend on any belief system...
BeiYin: I wholeheartedly wish, that you can receive the essential meaning of my answers and so it can cause a turning point in your life and that from now on you can see a new opening to your life and your doing and so you will be able to enjoy!

this is very interesting and i read it fully.......oh yeah the unconscious affects us daily and it is neither easy nor regular that you can get into sub conscious and understand it ,least to talk about controlling it.While it is not easy ;it is also not impossible but for that you need to practice a lot and be honest about it.I have a lot of know how on that-from literature and that which is self built and also experienced...I would sooner than later share with you.Nice article thanks for sharing.

Hi Shishir, what I am trying with this 'dialogue', is to show that when we can see our life and our daily reality as the best place to 'practice' what I have described, then we will be more effective than trying to complete 'spiritual' concepts, - getting stuck in these...

thats about right however material compulsions do not let you practice in complete thread in daily life..you are only a hapless witness to what escapes you involuntarily

if one can be alert and present in the moment of the happening, then the reaction one gets habitually due to one's pas from the happening, can be observed internally. Still alert and present, one can note the reaction, and then let it go by deciding to simply return to alert presence. by choosing this energy is withdrawn from the personality, it doesn't activate, the reaction doesn't happen. Yes, it needs one heck of a lot of practise to be able to actually do this. It's every easy to fool oneself into believing one is doing it when in fact they can't do it. So all is invisible to what is really going on with oneself.

thanks phoenixtools you kind of nailed the entire scenario..it is possible to do what other may term 'miracles' with practise...for instance while eating crumbs fall from side off lips involuntarily..and you do not even know that a crumb was hanging there......there are people who can catch and retrieve the falling crumb....a little example of base level consciousness......I would love comments back...read some of my poems they hint about these directions

Good conclusion in understanding the unconscious:
"..that builds up ones personality and with this, together with all gathered properties, a person is identified"
