Pineapple Ham Pizzas

Whip this up for a barbecue Hawaiian pizzas as a swift afternoon snack. These, prepared on English muffins, are cheesy pizzas that are something that kids of all ages will enjoy.

Ingredients

Prep/Total Time: 10 min.

2 English muffins, split & toasted
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
2 oz. sliced deli ham, cut into strips
1 snack-size cup (4 oz.) pineapple tidbits, well drained
2 slices (1 oz. ea.) Swiss cheese, quartered

Method

Place English muffins cut side up on broiler pan. Spread w/ barbecue sauce; top w/ ham, pineapple & cheese. Broil 4-6" from heat for 2-3 min. or til cheese is melted.

Yield: 4 pizzas

Nutrition facts: 1 pizza (prepared w/ reduced-fat cheese) = 112 cal.; 2 g. fat (1 g. sat. fat); 7 mg. chol.; 324 mg. sodium; 18 g. carbs.; 1 g. fiber; 6 g. pro.; Diabetic Exchange: 1 starch; 1 lean meat.
