An easy to do , no-bake, no-cook cake made of graham crackers.
Rocky Road Cake
During Christmas, graham crackers run out of stock because many are making some refrigerated cake made of graham crackers usually the one with fruit cocktail on top of the cake. Now, it is summer, few are making this cake but still it is perfect as dessert.
I want to make a refrigerated cake but Rocky Road flavor. I think this is very easy to do all you need to do is to prepare the ingredients and when its done just placed it in the refrigerator to cool and let it set. You can make it compact and not crumbly if you make sure the graham crackers are moist with the cream.
Ingredients:
2 packs of MY san graham crackers -chocolate flavor
1 can of condense milk
1 pack of nestle cream
1 pack of chocolates candies, bits of chocolate, bittersweet, dark chocolate, semi-sweet
1 pack of marshmallows-any size you want
1 cup of peanuts and cashew nuts
bottle of chocolate syrup
preparation:
You need a rectangular container to place or arranged the graham crackers side by side. After that, mix the cream and condensed milk together. Place some of the cream in every layer of the graham crackers so they hold together. It will soften the cracker and turn it into a cake. Lastly, put the rest of the cream on top and then place the nuts, marshmallow and the chocolate syrup on top of your graham cake.
Instead of buying a gallon of ice cream rocky road flavor, just make your own cake with this flavor and you will like it too. This is my gift for myself.
