Ricotta Pepperoni Dip

This recipe uses Pizza Sticks for this delicious dip.
Ingredients
Pizza Sticks:
1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dip:
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. savory herb w/ garlic soup mix
1/4 c. chopped pepperoni
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
What To Do
On lightly floured surface, roll out pizza crust to 12x8" rectangle. Brush w/ oil. Combine Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder & pepper; sprinkle over dough. Cut into 3x1" strips; place on greased baking sheet. Bake @ 425 deg. F. for 6-9 min. or til golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream, ricotta, soup mix & pepperoni in saucepan; heat thru. Stir in mozzarella & Parmesan cheese just til melted. Serve warm w/ pizza sticks.
Yield: about 2 doz. pizza sticks & 2 c. dip.
