There's nothing better than comfort food wheater its at the end of a long hard day or it's cold outside or whatever the occasion is this dish is sure to please just about anyone.
Sausage and peppers penne
Here's another recipe that I added a few special touches too and made this great dish even better. Sure sausage and penne may not be a new dish but the extra touches I added into will make it seem like it is. It tastes like you spent hours but this dish can be done in under 30 minutes.
1 lb of itlaian sausage
1 of each green,yellow & red bed peppers
1/2 cup chopped purple(red) onion
1 TBSP garlic
3 TBSP oil
2 large cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 box of penne pasta
In a medium sauce pan bring to boil water with 2 TBSP of oil and just a pinch of salt. Reduce and add your pasta. While this is cooking cut your sausage,peppers and onions. Sautue in a hot fry pan with just a TBSP of oil the garlic then add your sausage,peppers and onions finish sautuing until sausage is brown.
When your past is down cooking drain and put back in the same sauce pan now add your soup, sausage, peppers and onions, cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
