Snacks Recipes: How to make Salizon (Pastry snacks)
This recipe is easy and you can control the taste as you desire. Just one paste can be used to make many side dishes.

For the dough, you need
2 pounds of white flour
2 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk
Vegetable oil spray
2 large eggs
For topping you need
Diced green, orange and red bell pepper
Shrimp meat or crap meat
Green or black olives
1- In a large bowl put flour and dig a hole in the middle.
2- Put yeast in the hole you've dug and put sugar and 1/2 a cup of warm water and leave for a minute.
3- Add warm milk slowly and mix with a wooden spoon "I do this with hand it's easier for me you can just wear a glove in your hand"
4- Put the 2 whole eggs after beating them and mix again.
5- If the paste is not soft enough you can add some more warm water.
6- Cover it with a wet clean towel and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
7- Shape dough into small balls and press into disks and put in baking trays.
8- Spray or brush baking trays with vegetable oil.
9- Leave for more 10 minutes in a warm place.
10- Brush with ketchup and put topping as desired.
