Spirits watch over us
So do spirits watch over us and guide us through our day to day encounters and activities? A lot of people like to think that spirits watch over us if they like that particular person. Apparently these spirits cannot stop anything bad from happening to us in our lives but they can effect the outcome of these bad things.
People think that some spirits are stronger in power than other spirits but these weaker spirits can develop their power through practice. I have heard that you are able to communicate with a spirit if you simply talk out loud, after all spirits are not able to read minds. Communicating with spirits is said to calm them down a little as they crave attention much like we do. By simply speaking to the spirit you will be able to let them know that you are aware they are there. Spirits, like the living, have free will - we all have free will.
I recently had a conversation with a friend who had a really nice opinion whether spirits watch over us or not. She said that she believed that spirits not only watch over you but they become proud of things you do and they also guide you in making the hard choices. I thought this was a lovely outlook on the whole afterlife subject and it has stuck with me ever since.
On a personal level I have become more and more interested with the afterlife over the last decade. The reason for this is the death of a close friend about eight years ago now. The idea that spirits watch over us became more and more appealing to me as time went on and I looked for new ways to deal with the shock of my loss. I can remember watching the European cup final in the summer of 2005 between my beloved Liverpool FC and AC Milan. By half time Liverpool were three goals down and my whole sporting life was falling apart around me - I was in bits. I went to the toilet and sat down and prayed to my lost friend for any sort of possible help.
I didn't think anything would happen, of course I didn't. Three goals down to the best team in Europe and my dreams were in tatters. Within ten minutes of the second half Liverpool had scored three times and then went on to win on penalties. It was the sporting final to end all other sporting finals. Did my friend intervene and help me some how - I don't know. Ever since I like to think spirits watch over us and help when they are able to. What do you think?

Spirits are great but its the source of the spirit that matters. There are Earthbound - people who don't accept their passing, demon - murder and suicide cases who are till in shock, very violent and angry and searching for a vent and other entities which could be any other type of entity who start out friendly and could go bad, affect the DNA, appearances, smell, tastes etc. They are very good at tampering with your thoughts, spiritual records (usually the mind records), your silver cord of spiritual connection etc.
While they are summoned, it depends on the level of body vibrations and at times they attack whilst you are asleep and have to be cast out when you awake as that is the time when the soul is not currently present in the body and we are in a comatose state. There are many spirits around us, they never take possession of the body unless you give them permission to do so and if they try to take possession of the body without that, they are fought off by your outer ring of protections that is naturally present. It is when this protection is low, that you become vulnerable to such possessions and this could at times enhance your or debilitate you depending on your body vibration.
Sadly many of these entities find their way in and don't leave unless you command them to and fight them off and this can result in change of charisma, characteristics and could even lead to death of the person because they are unable to cope with the energy or entity.
Not all of them are good and if you are able to see, feel or hear them, go to a accredited spiritual healer and they till check your third eye for you and tell you how to fend them off and protect yourself or permanently close your third eye to prevent any further infiltration and protect the lives, cast out the demons and cleanse heal and rebalance you to your original vibrational levels. These levels should be of high frequency to be able these entities never to enter the body ever again.

Good spirits never take possession of the body, but talk to you from a distance alongside guiding and guarding you. There are many of them, you just have to recognise them and they can take a while to show who and what they really are. Its beautiful but you reach that depending on your own energy and vibrational levels as they function at very high frequency.

We probably have spirit guides or gardian angels. Maybe they come here with us. Good and interesting share.
