This page about a person who has become an epitome for longevity,success,perseverance,passion and u just keep adding on.People simply call him GOD or in other words Sachin Tendulkar who is practically playing in his last World cup probabaly the only glory this genius hasn't tasted.For a person who has his name embedded in golden words in almost every record books this is definately his final frontier.
Will we make it this time?
Every time the world gets busy embracing the Cricket World Cup one thing that comes to every indian is that epic moment when India announced its arrival on the international scene in the cricketing world by winning that glorified trophy.Each and every person was dancing in the isle and this time it wasn't because of Hockey but Cricket.It wasn't because of the magical stick of dhyan Chand but Magical arm of Kapil Dev.It was looking as if the same old Olympic era was back in the country.With the increase in our prowess in this game resulted in the increase in expectation of the millions n millions of people.Its being almost 30 years now that precious trophy have eluded us.Reasons are many,some say its because of the lack of hunger among the players for glory,some say tis because of the increase in the amount of attention and love the players recieve that they have become complacent and many more.But one thing is for sure,there is one player whom we have loved for years and years,we love watch him play,we adore his persona,his passion for the game and the true gentleman he is,Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar or one can say perfection personified.Its a pity that Tendulkar is missing that world cup trophy in his kitty,for a guy who has got all the awards and accolades of the world doesn't possess Cricket's biggest reward.He's being playing for almost 21 years now and have being part of 6 world cups its almost impossible to understand through what he would be going through knowing probably this would be his last world cup.This is definately his final frontier,but problem is that this is a team game,a Tendulkar won't be able to win you the cup on his own.We need 10 other player having the same zeal and passion for the game that Tendulkar has but the matter of fact is there is only one Tendulkar and we will need 10 more centuries for producing 10 more Tendulkar.India and its people can only hope for the best.Cheers.
