We read a lot of resolutions made by famous people on various websites. What most popular resolution in early 2012 that we read often?

The new year comes again! 2011 was passed. It is time to ponder, what we have done in previous years and hope to fix it next year. What is the most popular resolution in early 2012?
1. Taking time for family and friends
Many people wish they could spend more time with family. Having dinner together with the family several times a week will help.
2. Become more fit, do some sports
Earlier this year, the fitness and sports facilities are crowded. But next month, these places will not so crowded. Stick to your goals. Choose the appropriate schedules with your fitness trainer and make exercise a daily ritual.
3. Quit smoking
Not easy to quit smoking. Do not give up easily. There is strong evidence, cigarette cause of death due to lung cancer and heart attacks. Begin early with stop smoking a cigarette.
4. Lose Weight
Do not be easily tempted to sweet foods. Continue to hold on to your plan.
5. Freedom from debt
You can control personal finances. Set goals and create a budget. With this, you will know how much money that can be saved and spent.
6. Learn new things
Plan to learn a foreign language, attend professional conferences or seminars or take a fiction writing class. 2012 is the year for you to learn something new.
7. Save
Not only must get rid of debt, the most popular New Year's resolution is to save money. If you have not done so, open a savings account, and set aside 30 percent of your salary per month. At the end of this new year, you will have some money for a vacation or to invest.
