Something to do with Tuna other than salad or casserole...
Ingredients:
2 cans Tuna ~ drained
1 can peas ~ drained
4 Large Baking Potatoes
1 can mushroom soup (can sub any cream soup)
1 small minced onion
3 garlic cloves minced
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices cheese cut into triangles
What to do:
Bake potatoes in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven until tender (time will depend upon size of potato). Pre-wrapped microwave potatoes work as well.
Cut top off potato so that when potato is removed from skin it will make a shell to hold a filling. ***Take care here as potatoes are EXTREMELY hot***
Remove potato from skin leaving skin in tact. Send hollowed out skin aside for later use.
In same bowl you have potato in add soup, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, peas, and tuna mixing well.
Spoon mixture back into potato shells and place in baking pan. Put into 350 oven for 10 minutes, turn oven off and cover each potato with 2 cheese triangles leaving in oven long enough for cheese to begin to melt.
Remove and Enjoy
