Granted, many of us do not feel any unusual about recipes in our hometowns. Here are some incredible recipes from all over the world.
Red ant chutney (India)
• Collect the ants and put them in hot ashes of fire for sometime, few minutes
• Remove them and make them like a paste
• You need to add salt and ground chili and bake
• It is usually consumed with cocktails and curries
Fish sperm crepes (France)
• Take the unsweetened crepes with a mixture of fish sperm that is chopped.
• Make use of mushrooms with fish-based béchamel sauce. Take a buttered dish, roll crepes, and place them in this dish.
• Heat the dish keeping the heat at 350-degree oven temperature.
• Sprinkle using the melted butter and Parmesan cheese
Brain Tacos (Italy)
• Put olive oil in the casserole, earthenware one
• Add the following ingredients in the oil
o Halved parboiled lambs brain
o Salt and pepper
o Garlic, crushed
o Pitted ripe olives
o Breadcrumbs
o Capers
• Keep the oven temperature at 400 degree
• Bake for about 10 – 15 minutes

I might be interested in the Ant Chutney, but not the other two.
The lambs brains certainly not - my wife and I keep pet sheep!
