The air we breathe out has carbon dioxide and is impure

Breathing is necessary for all living beings. We should have a good breathing habit:
1) Always breathe through your nose
2) Always in fresh air
3) Keep the windows of the room open
4) Do not wear tight fitting clothes. Wear loose clothes.
5) Do not cover your face while sleeping
6) Always do some exercises in fresh air
Respiratory system
This system helps us to take in air from out side. We breathe in air through our nose. The nose has hairs inside it. These hairs in the nose stop dust and germs from the air. So, we breathe in pure air. From the nose, the pure air goes to the lungs. In the lungs, the blood takes oxygen from the air. This oxygen burns the food we eat and gives us energy. The energy helps us to work and play.
The air we breathe out has carbon dioxide and is impure.
Model lungs
You need:-
1) Large clear plastic bottle
2) Three way hose connector
3) Modeling clay
4) 2 rubber bands
5) Plastic tube
6) 3small balloons
7) Scissors
a) Push the plastic tube into one opening of three way connector. Use modeling clay to air tight seal. Fix the balloons tightly onto the other openings.
b) Carefully cut off the bottom 2cm from the plastic bottle. Now place the balloon and connector inside. Seal the plastic tube into the neck of the bottle with modeling clay. To make an airtight fit.
c) Tie a knot in the neck of the third balloon. Carefully cut it in half. Now gently stretch the knotted part of the balloon over the lower part of the bottle.
d) The lower balloon represents the diaphragm. Pull it down as through you are inhaling. This lowers the air pressure in the bottle. Air from outside rushes and make the two balloons expand, just like the real lungs in our chest.
