The main purpose of social media is to connect people virtually but when it’s getting worse, the sense of communication has become more or less an obsession to some people when they cannot stop doing one particular thing. This unhealthy habit can decrease someone’s productivity when they spend more time on social media and less on the task that they must accomplish. Under psychological term, they are prone to suffer from obssesive-compulsive disorder. Although the effects can’t be seen physically, this habit can give people many long-term problems.

They Have A Grandiose Sense Of Self-Worth

They possess a grandiose sense of self-worth more than any people that they encounter. They are self-assured and arrogant people who believe that they are more opinionated and superior than other people. This kind of personality exhibits different actions for every different individual. For example, some of them think that they are greater and richer than other people when they like to brag on some materials and expensive possessions they have that nobody else has by showing off on social networking sites.

This pathological character falls under Machiavellianism which means that they are willing manipulate and deceive others. For example, some people pretend and claim that they are businessmen that can help you make some profits by joining their scheme and organization when all you have to is pay a life-time membership fee and you can start make you profits by just logging on to your Facebook. Clearly, it don’t make sense at all but some people keep falling for this kind of offer. They will play into every fantasy and insecurity you have. A psycopath is an excellent liar.

Met them and seen them all online and learnt their habits. Seen a bitch too who did that to me and she deleted all my works not once but twice on Triond and Wikinut. They call her Satan's Fury out here.

None the less, some are great friends and when they start their issues, it becomes very obvious what they want and I tell them on their face, don't go down that path....
