My view on what a smile is, what it reflects both on you and the one who receives it and it's affect on your life as well as the one receiving it!

Good Morning everybody ... just wanted to drop a little smile note ...

When someone smiles at you, how do you respond? Most likely you will smile back right? Whether from a friend or a stranger, the side affects of that smile will probably make you feel happier if not at least lighter. The reason being that smiles are infectious.

A sincere smile shows positive emotions such as joy, happiness, and pleasure.

Smiling is built into our nature which is why everybody, including newborns, can interpret our smile and react positively to it.

When you smile you could also be doing yourself a favor.

It increases your confidence, your happiness and reduce your stress. You know, because frowning increases wrinkles on your forehead and around your eyes ... hint hint lol.

Life's anxieties sometimes give you little to smile about.

One thing to remember. Feelings are usually guided by your thoughts. So, hard as it may be, try creating positive and pleasant thoughts whenever possible. You may find yourself smiling more often.

Another thing ...

Don't wait for others to smile at you. Take the initiative. Add a little happiness to someone else's day. Here's how I see it, your smile is a divine gift that enriches you as well as those who see it.

Just a thought on life as I see it!
