This is an article on my combat system that I call Aggression Control Tactics.

Aggression Control Tactics

In this article on my combat system that I call Aggression Control Tactics. Here we will be talking about bodily weapons. Now in the first part of this series we talked about conditioning and some of the hand-to-hand tactics. First we are going to talk about weapons of the body. Then we are going to talk about the targets of the body.

Weapons of the Human Body

In this section we are going to talk about the weapons of the human body. Now when we talk about the weapons of the body we are going to divide it up into three sections. The first section we be talking about the weapons of the head. In the second section we will talking about the weapons from the neck to waist. In the third section we will be talking about the weapons below the waist.

Section One- Weapons of the Head

In this section I will be discussing the weapons of the head. The first and as well the greatest weapon of all is the brain. The brain is what controls everything. It is what allows us to think.
move, react, and if nessasary fight. Without the brain we cannot do anything. We would be nothing more than vegetables lying on a table.

Weapons of the Head

Now lets start off by talking about the weapons of the head. The first weapon of the head is the fore head. Now what can we do with the fore head? With the fore head we can head butt a person. Now when you head butt a person you want to use the part of the fore head where the fore head meets the hairline. As well you can head butt someone using the front of the head, as well the sides and the back of the head. Remember when you head butt someone to keep your eyes open.

Now lets go on to the second weapon of the head. The second weapon of the head is the mouth. Now what can we do with the mouth? Well first there is our use of speech. With our speech we can talk our way out of a fight. As well you can scream at the top of your lungs so as to distract or to bring attention to the situation. As well with the mouth we can bite someone. Now when you bite some one you want to clench as well when you clench you want to move your head back and forth like a rabid pit bull. The last thing that we can do with our mouths is that we can spit in some one face. You can use spitting as a distraction so that you can run. As well you can use spitting as an entry tactic so that you can use follow up tactics.

Weapons of the Neck to Waist

In this section we are going to talk about all of the weapons that are in the neck to waist range.
The weapons of the neck to waist range can be considered the most dangerous weapons in a persons arsenal. Now the first weapon that we are going to talk about is the shoulder. With the shoulder you can mainly use it as a ramming tool. Now to use the shoulder as a ramming tool you want to use some kind of entry or distraction tactic. Then once you get the entry or distraction tactic done you can come in and use the shoulder to ram the person. Now when you ram some one you want to put all of your body weight behind it. It is very important that you use all of your body weight behind your ramming tactic or it will be useless.

The next weapon that we are going to talk about is the elbow. The elbow is one of the most powerful and dangerous weapons on the human body. You can use the elbow to strike with on various parts of the body from head to toe. The next weapon on the list is the forearm. You can use the forearm as a striking tool or you can use it as ramming tactic. Now once again when you use a weapon as a ramming tactic you want to use all of your body weight to perform the ramming tactic.

The next weapon that we are going to talk about is the palm of the hand. The palm of the hand is a somewhat large striking surface. You can use it to strike to various parts of the body. When combined together you can use both palms as a ramming tool once again. The next weapon that we are going to talk about are the fingers. You can use the fingers to strike or gouge the eyes. You can use the fingers to grab the throat or other body parts.

For the next weapon we are going to talk about the sides of the hands. With the sides of the hands you can strike to soft parts of the body. Now the next weapon that we are going to talk about is the fist. You can use the fist to strike various parts of the body. Now we do not use closed handed strikes in Aggression Control Tactics. The reason for this is that closed handed cause more damage to your own body than open handed strikes.

Weapons from Waist to Foot

Now we are going to talk about the weapons that are located between the waist and the foot. The first weapon that we are going to talk about for this region is the waist. When at close range the waist can be used as a ramming tactic. Now once again when you use ramming tactics you want to use all of your body weight. When using the waist as a ramming tactic it is best to clinch the person first then use the ramming tactic.

The next weapon on our list is the knee. The knee is one of the most powerful and dangerous tactics to have in your arsenal. The knee can be used to strike various parts of the body. The striking surface of the knee is a large area. For the next area we are going to talk about the shin.
When using the shin you want to use the middle area of the shin. You can use the shin to strike with. The next and final weapon that we are going to talk about is the foot. When it comes to the foot you can use the heel of the foot. You can use both the inside and the outside of the foot. as well you can use the ball of the foot.

Now in conclusion we have covered all of the weapons of the human body. Now I would like to reiterate that the most powerful weapon that you can have is your brain. For the brain controls everything. As well with out the brain we would be nothing and would not be able to do anything. I hope that you enjoy this article and remember train hard, and train safely.
