An American classic that I learned from being welcomed to a family's home.

This is how it was told to me to make at home

Hello everyone this is the recipe.Please read before you attempt it.Please leave a comment if you like or try it. You will need the following items,

2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup warm water
1 package dry onion soup mix (ruffly an ounce)
8 ounce tomato sauce

Here are your directions
1. Heat your oven 350 degrees F about 175 degrees.
2. In a large bowl combine the meat, eggs, crumbs, ketchup, water and soup mix.
3.Mix well and spoon mixture into loaf pan or a baking pan make a meat loaf (a shape like an American football) , then cover with tomato sauce.

Important tips and facts.

You can add a little ketchup topping or design on the meatloaf after it is done. Serving is basically slice and put on a plate. Common sides is mash potatoes and just about any vegetable. This basic recipe can be varied to your liking as well, from adding your own little touch form celery,hot sauce, sauteed onion or any secret ingredient you like.

Yeah it is nice I also have a slow cooker version that have not released yet. But I happy I can share and hopefully it will taste close to home.
