This is a recipe that I use to spice up baked beans.

Baked Bean Casserole

We have all been a little strapped for cash from time to time. I was that way once when it came time for my annual family reunion. I didn't want to go empty handed so I put my thinking cap on. What I came up with was a recipe that went over well. I thought I would share it.

You will need :

4 cans of pork and beans
2 pounds of ground beef
2 cups of rice
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 cup brown sugar

Brown the hamburger and drain.. Mix all the ingredients together and bake on for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Serves about 8 people.

Hey Chris,
Sounds fine... but I'm afraid that we vegetarians would need to alter your recipe just a tad :-}
