Positive Thinking

I bought a book named 'Power of your Subconscious mind', the book focuses on the way we think and look at the matters of our daily life. The book is written by Dr. Joseph Murphy. The book is a good read for people going through some crisis, a bad relational status or simply to control their thought and enhance the standard of life.
One thing about the book I like most, it says us to be optimist. Be positive whatever you do and kind of reminded me of a story I heard a long time ago.
A man lost his one leg in a accident. He can not walk or run like old times. but he is very optimist and prefer to say this - "hey! I have to buy only one shoe now, will save some cost." the main thing is that you have to focus what you have and not what you lost. Find the great things of your life and concentrate on them, never give up.
The book shows how we can train our subconscious mind in a way that it make us do what we are giving as input to subconscious mind. It is a good read and a good book too. It also shows how to deal with broken relations. For all who are suffering from depression, anxiety and don't know how to train your mind to get the result, this book is ideal.

Good positive thoughts, and probably this is what we need at times.
