What do we need for chicken Alfredo recipe?

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 eggs

1 tbsp milk

1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

1 tbsp minced parsley

bread crumbs

4 slices mozzarella cheese

For chicken Alfredo sauce you need

The secret of chicken Alfredo is the sauce. This sauce recipe is one of the tastier recipes you can ever prepare but it's fatty too:)

3 tbsp butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup grated cheese

1 tsp minced parsley

Procedure

1- Beat eggs with milk.

2- Add 1/2 cup grated cheese and parsley.

3- Slice chicken breasts each into 2 good slices and dip chicken slices in egg mixture and dust with bread crumbs.

4- Lightly brown in a skillet with a bit of olive oil.

5- Remove to a baking dish.

6- Over medium heat, melt butter.

7- Add cream and milk, stirring constantly.

8- Add cheese and parsley until it forms a warm sauce.

9- Pour sauce over chicken breasts.

10- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

11- During the last five minutes, add a slice of mozzarella to each chicken piece and allow to melt in oven.
