Wikinut respects the intellectual property of others, and so if you believe that your copyrighted work appears on this site please follow the following process.

Reporting a possible copyright infringement

To file a notice of infringement, you must provide Wikinut Ltd with a written communication including the items listed below. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and legal fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. If you have any doubts, we recommend seeking legal advance prior to contacting us.

  1. Your contact details, preferably including an email address
  2. Detail of the copyrighted work, the infringing activity and where possible, the location of the copyrighted work (such as a URL)
  3. The URL of the infringing page on
  4. The signature (electronic or physical) of the owner of the copyright or the person authorised to act on the owner's behalf
  5. Statement by you declaring that use on is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that all of the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
