I think this is one of the easiest and delicious recipes. Its fairly quick and has just the best textures and tastes. As always you can tweak this to your liking. You can add things that you want to make this more delicious and enjoyable.

Bread Pudding Recipe

What you need:

4 tbsp butter

2 cups 2 % milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 cups soft bread cubes

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup walnuts

What to do:

Heat oven 350 degrees.

Put butter in bowl place to side.

Add milk to small pan and scald it.

Pour scalded milk over butter mix well.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl slowly add milk mixture.

Now add sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

Place cubes of bread and raisins in baking dish.

Pour milk mix over it and gently mix to moisten evenly.

Set baking dish into a larger pan with water halfway up the sides.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes

Serve warm or cold.

This is very good warm but I like all my desserts cold so you can change it up on how you want to serve this and make it even more enjoyable. You can also try to make the top of this a bit caramelized by putting some sugar on top of it and also placing this under the boiler. But when you do this dont leave it for too long because then it will burn and you will have to redo everything again. But this is a very good pair with a cup of coffee or you can also have it with a good tea.
