The position favored by anemones is in full sun, but also to flourish well foot of the tree or around the bushes . Anemone prefers the soil moist until the end of flowering, avoiding stagnation water that could rot the rhizomes

After flowering suspend all watering and let the plant dry out .The anemones like the average temperature, neither too cold nor too hot zones with mild winters, anemones can be left underground for a few years, getting clumps of flowers in spring. The rhizomes are small in relation to the flower and, if possible, should be removed from the ground at the end of flowering to be planted the following spring.

The rhizomes of Anemone can be planted in pots or in the garden, do not require a particular soil, but that is well drained.

Usually the rhizomes that are found in commerce are dried and is better to leave at least two hours in warm water before burying with the roots down.
The proliferation of anemones you by division of rhizomes when they retire before the winter, or you can use the seeds, harvested in late summer, to get new plants in spring
