If you find yourself angry a lot you might want to check and see if your emotional default needs readjusting. There are so many emotions, so little time.

Flow motions....

Do you ever watch how a child's emotional life dances? One second s/he's happy playing with a ball and the next moment throwing a temper tantrum - then a butterfly flutters by and it is all wonder and magic. My favorite description of emotion is E = energy, so emotion is energy in motion. It certainly seems that way doesn't it? Well, that is because it is meant to flow naturally and change like the wind.

The 'fits' are put to a stop

Somewhere along the line as a child our parents will tell us it is not appropriate for us to throw a fit, large or small. Maybe we are in a restaurant or at someone's home, or in church when this happens, and it kinda pisses us off. But we are trying to make our parents happy so we just keep eating while the tears cascade down our cheeks. Inability to express whatever emotion we are feeling makes us mad, so when we get confused about what we are feeling or are asked to stop feeling what we are feeling, we often will go into our default emotion, which is most often anger.

Emotional Energy needs to Flow Through

If emotional energy doesn't have a chance to flow through, the vibration of that emotion gets stuck in the physical body and results in all sorts of ailments. Louise Hay wrote a little book called, "You Can Heal Your Life", and has a section that correlates dis-ease in the physical body to an emotional flow or non-flow of some sort. For instance, if you have pain in your neck, it is likely that you have a situation where someone or something is being a 'pain in the neck'. Our knees symbolize humility (going to your knees) and if yours are stiff, maybe a little bending is in order. Her book goes way deep into the subject and if you're curious it will not disappoint.
