Twenty minutes at most to get greedy and easy dessert with chocolate, fruit creams or delicate. Choose the recipe you want for your menu for guests or for a delicious snack.

Cup of milk, coffee and meringues

Ingredients:
Powdered sugar 30 gr
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
milk 1 Lt
Meringue 15 gr
6 tablespoons sugar
6 coffee beans
pudding prepared for 68 gr
2 dl cream
chocolate-coated coffee beans 50 grams,
2 bags (68 g) of prepared pudding
30 g icing sugar

Prepare pudding with milk and sugar as indicated on the package. Mix with half the coffee. Divide half of the white pudding in half and then add 6 cups of crushed chocolate coffee beans, half of half of the meringues and coffee pudding. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Whip the cream with the icing sugar, distribute it on the pudding, complete with coffee beans crushed coarsely and serve.

Small Banana Bavarian

Ingredients:
3 bananas (500 grams) – 90 g sugar – one lemon – two dl cream – six grams of gelatin (3 sheets children)

This cake is prepared in a while, but last minute is not a solution because it takes 2 hours of rest in the fridge. Dice the pulp of banana, put into a casserole dish, sprinkle with lemon juice, add sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture is thick and grainy.
Let cool. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, drain, let it melt over low heat and add to mixture. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into 4 cylindrical molds with a diameter of 7 cm and pass them in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, dip the molds briefly in hot water over the mold and saucers.
Rinse a bowl of raspberries, transferred to 2 / 3 in a sieve and crush them. United 1 tablespoon icing sugar and serve the sauce with Bavarian garnish with whole raspberries.

Cream Cheese with Cranberries

Ingredients:
300 g fresh white cheese and creamy
1.5 dl fresh whole milk
three tablespoons heavy cream
three tablespoons blueberry jam
a handful of shelled and skinned hazelnuts.

Stir the cheese into a large bowl with milk and cream. Stir in the cranberry jam and work the mixture with a wooden spoon until well blended and creamy result. Divide into 4 dessert bowls. Toast the hazelnuts in the oven or in a non-stick frying pan, chop coarsely and sprinkle on the cream cheese. Put the cups in the refrigerator for at least an hour and serve, if you like, with dry biscuits.

Pineapple Cream

Ingredients :
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 slices canned pineapple
Savoyard biscuits number 6
Half liter milk
Lemon half
2 Eggs number
5 tablespoons sugar
Vanilla one stick number
Orange liqueur
Raisins 60 gr.

1 Wash the raisins in the orange liqueur and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours. Meanwhile place the milk in a saucepan with the lemon zest well washed and vanilla bean and heat it all over very low heat. Beat eggs with sugar and then pour the hot milk to the wire, stirring, after removing the vanilla pod and lemon peel. Put the cream on the stove and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring.
2 Dissolve the cornstarch in a small glass of warm water and slowly pour in the cream. Cook
for 5 minutes. Mix with the drained raisins, stir and turn off the heat.
3 Place the biscuits into 4 individual cups and chopped raisins soaked in liqueur and pineapple triangles, cover with cream and eggs prepared and decorated, if you will, with pineapple and mint leaves

Watermelon Sorbet with Yogurt Cream

Ingredients :
Cinnamon
3 tablespoons honey
Fresh pistachios number 40
Sugar 125 gr
Chocolate chips 30 number
300 g Greek yogurt
Watermelon 500 grams.

Go through the flesh of watermelon in a blender, then filter them through a strainer to remove all seeds.Prepare the syrup by boiling water with sugar. Let cool and combine with the juice watermelon. Pour the mixture into ice cream and sorbet prepared by following the directions of the unit.
Merge chocolate chips just before the sorbet is ready, then get it done and transfer it into a container until ready to serve.
Mix the yogurt with honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon and add the chopped pistachios. Divide half of yogurt cream into 4 glasses, kept in the freezer to cool them, and join the sherbet
Finish your training with the remaining cream. Serve immediately.
