Internet has become indispensible part of our lives and it comes along with some head aches with which we need to live, taking them as a part and parcel of the package!

Internet Is A Big Boon!

Internet is the modern medium of Global interaction where one can establish communication with any one just by sitting in his/her bedroom or drawing room.

This has changed the pace of life, style of communication and style of approach to any news at any given time. Browsing has replaced the chatting with our friends or sharing the gossips amongst the friends on day today basis.

In short Internet has brought revolution in our lives.

But We Need To Be Careful!

With such a fantastic facility of finding every thing at a single place that too as per one’s own will and command, the internet is bound to have some anti internet elements like antisocial elements they are present in a society who are actively involved in cyber crimes! We must be careful about these people.

The Typical Problems We Can Encounter On Internet!

These people are responsible for creating all sorts of troubles on internet like

=Creating virus and spreading them around.

=Unnecessary harassment of the people by sending some dirty mails.

=Hacking others accounts and committing crimes there after.

    =Intimidating with threatening emails.

=Black mailing innocent people in various ways.

=Gate crashing one’s privacy and intruding one’s territory with unwanted advertisements.

=Spreading the rumors on the net about the famous sites or personalities to defame the same just for the sake of fun!

These are some cyber crimes which have struck me at the moment!

I think as a responsible internet user we must be careful and be alert every time to safe guard our selves against such cyber criminals.

How To Deal Them!

By following the remedies given below I think we can have a safe use of internet!

=Don’t open an email from a stranger. That may contain virus.

=Ignore the dirty mails and delete them immediately.

=Be careful about your passwords and the PIN numbers don’t keep any records of them on your PC.

=Please complaint in case if you are getting any intimidating threats or somebody is trying to black mail you to the local cyber crime cell.

=Just ignore those spasms and try to avoid giving your e mail at any unknown site. Generally such e mails IDs are used to send spasm.

=Don’t get greedy and fall pray to scammers, who will lure you with attractive schemes of getting easy money. Similarly don’t be emotional and get flattered by the spammers. They have very attractive traps to lay and trap you!

=Don’t believe in rumors use your discrepancy in deciding if the news is genuine or not, as people have the tendency to have fun by spreading rumors on the internet!

In Conclusion!

Now special cells are created almost in every country to deal with the cyber crimes and one should immediately report the matter to this cell in case of any suspicion before the things take ugly turn!

So when we are on internet we have to learn to cope up with the troubles discussed and we need to develop the sense to discrete the facts from the fictions, while saving our selves from the cyber crimes by the scammers and spammers too!

These things are now part and parcel of the internet package and we need tolearn tolive with them! What do you say?

PS: All the pictures have been taken from Google search. I sincerely convey my thanks for that!

I was getting emails from paypal and they were saying I needed to change my password and they needed my information to do so, this just did not sound right so I called them, yes I called them. I told them of the emails I was getting and they asked me to send them to their personal email box, I did and I have not gotten any since. When you delete your spam, maybe take a gander at it and see if some might be ones you would call a company and complain that this is going on and then they can investigate. By the way, paypal will never send you a email asking for your information without first signing into paypal. Nice read. Congrats on the star page. Thank you for sharing.:)

Great read. Cyber bulling is especially a big problem. It's sad that the internet is used by some sick people wanting to prey on the vulnerable, and there's not much that can really be done about it. Thanks for the share.

Timely warning Rao, thanks. Spammers are on the prowl 24 hours and even if they net 0.1% of their targets, it is free meal for them! I know how naive many are as I have advised many not to fall prey - siva
