    Tips and Tricks!
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg into your banana bread batter. It will enhance the flavor of your bread.
  • Do not over mix your batter. It will cause your bread to be tough.
  • If not going to serve right away after baking and cooling, wrap the bread with a wax paper or cling wrap and place in the refrigerator. It will taste better if you'll let it sit overnight before eating/serving.
  • You may also add different nuts and raisins according to your preference.
  • Serve with cream cheese or fresh fruits.
