Looking for a fast and easy cooking? Here it is, the Butter-Garlic Shrimp recipe that is full of flavor and amazingly fast and easy to make. You'll never get tired of the garlicky and buttery goodness of this dish.

Easy Cooking: Buttered Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients and Procedures

1. Peel and de-vein 1/2 kilo of medium sized shrimps for 30 minutes.

2. Place the shrimp into a small bowl and fill it up with clear soda until just covered (1/4 to 1/2 cup)

3. Mince 5 large cloves of garlic

4. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium fire and melt 1 stick of unsalted butter.

5. Add in the minced garlic, saute until the flavor of the garlic is well blended with the butter.

6. Add in the clear soda from the shrimp, cover the skillet and let it boil.

7. Add in the shrimp, give it a quick toss and spread the shrimp properly even into the skillet and cover for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste and give it a final toss.

8. Remove from heat and let the remaining heat continue to cook the shrimp.

9. Serve hot.

Tips and Tricks!
- It can be serve with steamed rice or as a topping for pasta.
- If you want a thicker sauce, you can add dissolved cornstarch towards step number 7.
- You may add chopped parsley and juice from one lemon.
- You may use the shrimp without peeling and de-veining if you want to.
