Healthy salads have become an essential part of diet nowadays. Easy to make and tasty eat, these salads substitute for some part of the unhealthy diet we eat as a matter of necessity. Nature’s wholesome nutrition at its best.

What you will need.

Cucumber a lot of high water content and also has less calories and carbohydrates compared to other vegetables. This salad is again a "raw" salad giving you the wholesome benefit of nutrients direct from nature in addition to the natural fibre. It is very simple to make and is filling.

• 1 cucumber.
• 1 tomato.
• 1 bunch spring onions
• 1 green chilli.
• 1 clove of garlic.
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt to taste

What you need to do.

Grate the cucumber. Cube the tomato. Chop the onions and chili separately. Crush the clove of garlic. Put all of them into a bowl. Add salt, lime juce, and toss thoroughly. Serve immediately.
