YIELDS: 2 to 4

Ingredients & Method

6oz dark chocolate
1 egg yolk
4 egg whites
3/4oz caster sugar
3oz whole milk

1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a pan of hot water. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Bring the milk to the boil in another pan, and then pour this over the melted chocolate. Stir with a whisk.

5. Pour the mousse into individual bowls/glasses or into one large serving bowl.
6. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Sounds very delicious, however you don't mind if you add a picture for me? :) Because even though I don't exactly make cakes, I would at least see what that certain cake looks like, and possibly get me in to making them. I probably cause I am a bit too lazy to even make a cake. Heh.
