Obliques lines appear to be unstable, rather then like horizontal or vertical ones knocked out of time.

Elements of visual design colour

In a black-and-white art, composition and emotional impact are determined by the shapes, lines, textures and the perspective that are created by tones.
In colour this same art , both range of tones and the range of colour establish the structure of the composition, although colour often has the greater impact on our emotions.
We tend to identify physical objects by their tonal contrasts and to be like them or dislike them for their colour.

Colour and emotion

All of these fractal art is the same the only differences is the colour of each one. Yet this colour will play a major rules on each and every person see the art.
Both are the same size, both are the same design only the colours have been added here, thus establishing their shape against a lighter background. However everyone is unique to each person. Only when you see their colours would you be able to state a preference for the one that you like. That is because we all respond emotionally to colour, which effects the way we see our subjects in the real world.

The colour temperature of light from it's warmness or the coolness effects all of your moods sometimes very dramatically.

Cool light, such as the bluish illumination of the sun at noon, seems uninviting, harsh, almost too revealing, awhile the warm light just before sunset soothes us. It's the same sun but under a different view of colour.
Most people respond readily to bright, saturated hues and are aware of their responses. However the influence of colour is often very subtle and many people are not aware of their own reaction to muted colour.
As an artist one as to be sensitive to both bright and muted colours in order to stimulate or control the emotional response of the subject matter.

One fascinating aspect of colours is that the symbolize so many different emotions.

For example ..." He's Green " suggest envy and " She Blue" implies depression.
A particular colour may symbolize different emotions to different groups of people or even their cultures. White is a symbol for virginity and cleanliness in many cultures; in other, it represents death. Why you may ask?
Both black and white lack hue, which makes them appropriate symbols for death.
Our emotional response to colour determines, to large extent, what we create as art.
Some colours attract us, others repels us.
Very often colour raises, however unconsciously, two basic questions necessary for making a great art item.
If we want to alter the mood of the subject matter I'll likely alter the colour of the same item.

Thank you so Mark for sharing with your followers much appreciated. My goal is help people understand and if they creating a item themselves not to get discourage when one item will sell, awhile other may not. My advise to keep doing them and every item will touch the right person .
