Corn poha is healthy snack and easy in consumption,its beneficial for kids as well as for other age groups too.


4-5 corns, green chilies,coriander,chopped onions,oil,cumin (jeera).
1.Grate corns and allow them to dry.
2.Throw corn stem and chop green chilies,put oil in pan and heat it.
3.Now put cumin and chopped green chilies, also put grated corn into heated oil.
4.Cook them for 15-20 mins.
5.Add salt and turmeric in it.
6.Cook up till golden color appears,after appearance of golden color ,remove the pan from burner.
7. Mix the chopped onion in it.Mix very well so that chopped onions get completely mixed in your poha.
8.Garnish with coriander and serve with dahi or chutney or you can serve it with sev as garnishing.
