Other people use to rent and some are use to have their own houses. Whatever these differences are, it is important to live in a house that is adequate enough to cater for your living satisfaction.

Having a house is a basic requirements for a family. Before choosing a house,you need to consider some important factors to be able to ensure the housing adequacy.

One of the important things to consider is the “size of the house”. The size of the house should provide an adequate space to cater for the various household activities such as washing clothes, food preperation or cooking, sleeping and others.

The “household size and composition” should also be in consideration. In choosing a desired house, the the space of the house should coincide with the numbers of the family members or to the people that will live together. It should also be considered to have a readily available space to cater the possible increase in family members. In the case that the space of the house is limited, expasion could be done to deal with the matter.

The location or the “site of the house” is also an important factor. It is wise to choose those sites that are near in different establishments and institution such as those sites that near in school, in the shopping center, in the workplace, in the church, in the recreation area or in the hospital.

The needs of the family should also be put in consideration. There are certain needs of the family and these needs should be catered in choosing a house. Things like bathroom facilities and sanitary toilet or space and privacy are just few of these needs. These needs differ from families, depending upon their specifications.
