How To Cook Kales In a Different Way

Kale is a beautiful green vegetable that have all that amazing antioxidant goodness and should be consumed at least three times a week. Kale is an easy vegetable to cook and can be eaten with a variety of other foods.

Wonderful Kale Vegetable.

Kale is one of the vegetables that you should include in your meal at least three times a week. It has antioxidants and also contains a high level of fiber that is good for digestion and good stomach health.

The simplest way to cook it is by steaming it but there are other ways to cook it so that it tastes superb. I have stated three ways to cook it to be eaten together with other foods.

Fried Kale.

Chop an onion, dice some tomatoes, and Shred the kale into thin pieces. In a pot put in the chopped onion and some cooking oil and fry the onion until light brown.
Put in the tomatoes and cook for three minutes and then put in the kale add some salt to season and cover with a lid and cook for five minutes.
Serve immediately.

Kale with an egg.

Beat an egg in a bowl and follow the above procedure to cook the kale. Once the kale is ready put in the egg and stir to mix thoroughly .This is best eaten with corn meal.

Kale with Milk.
Follow that procedure of frying kale and when almost done put in a cup of milk and let it boil through until absorbed. I recommend this for a meal that has fish included.
That is basically how I cook my kale every week.

For those who prefer their kale raw, that’s okay too and kale can be blended with an apple and a banana to make a delicious smoothie.
