How To Cook Sauteed Mung Bean With Pork Cracklings

Sauteed mung bean with pork cracklings is one of the most delicious food that you could ever eat and it is also a healthy food. Wanna learn how to cook it? I'll teach it to you.


These are the ingredients that you need to cook Sauteed Mung Bean with Pork Cracklings:

Mung Bean
Leaves of Gourd
Pork Cracklings
Cooking Oil

Step By Step Procedures of Preparation

First, you will be needing to slice the ingredients because it doesn't look good and it won't taste good if you put a whole tofu, whole tomato, whole onion, whole garlic into your Sauteed Mung bean so you have to slice those ingredients.

Step 1: Slice the onion and garlic. It's up to you how will you slice it, small or large it's all up to you but i recommend you to slice it into a very small pieces.

Step 2: Slice the tomato into a small pieces. You don't need to make it big because you will be crushing it after this.

Step 3: Slice the tofu. Now, it's really up to you how small are you going to slice it.

Step 4: Slice the pork into small pieces.

Step 4: Remove the Leaves of the Gourd from it's bush and then wash the leaves and put it on a bowl.

Step by Step Procedure of The First Part of Cooking

This is what you have to do with the mung bean.

Step 1: Put the mung bean in a pot and then pour water on it until it is soaked.

Step 2: Place the pot with the mung bean and water on fire until the mung bean turns soft. (or crushed if you want.)

Step: Remove the pot from fire.

Start the cooking

Now is the time to start the cooking.

Step 1: Fry the sliced Pork and then put the fried pork into a bowl.

Step 2: Fry the sliced Tofu and then put the fried tofu into a bowl.

Step 3: Saute the sliced garlic and when it turns golden brown saute the sliced onion and then the sliced tomato.

Step 4: While Sauteing the garlic, onion and tomato crush the tomato with you spatula.

Step 5: When you're done, pour the sauteed garlic, onion and tomato into the boiled mung bean along with the cooking oil.

Last Part of the cooking

This is the last part of the cooking of Sauteed Mung bean with pork cracklings, you are so close to being a great sauteed mung bean cook.

Step 1: Place the pot with the mixed ingredients on fire.

Step 2: Add some salt in it and taste it.

Step 3: Once it's already tastes good enough for you it's time to add the Pork cracklings, fried pork, fried tofu and leaves of gourd.

Step 4: Let it boil for 3 minutes and then remove it from fire.

Step 5: Eat like you'll never eat again.
