How Your Thoughts Create Vibrations

Vibrations don't just happen on your hip because someone's calling or texting. Vibrations are everywhere and everyone and everything has them. Here's how to recognize, decipher and shift your own vibe by just using your thoughts!

What is a Vibration, or Vibe?

Everything and everyone vibrates at a certain pitch and tone. You can hear the difference in the vibration in each and every note of the musical scale. You can sense and feel the vibrations of each and every hue in the rainbow and everything in between and in every intensity of colors. Certainly, you have walked into a room and felt the general vibration. Perhaps you walked in on a pair of young lovers making out - or perhaps having a huge debate or debacle and picked up on those prickly vibes. Considering all the stimulation from all the vibrations it takes being present in the moment and a focused sensitivity to accurately determine and sense a certain 'vibe'.

Thoughts shift Vibrations

You know how you can be whistling along in your day and everything seems to be jolly rogers and the next thing you know some random thought has come across your path and the next thing you know you are feeling something akin to a dark cloud hanging over your head and brow? You get a sinking feeling and lose energy, maybe even a weak knee or sick stomach?

Back up to that exact moment when the turn happened and see what it was you were thinking. Remember a THOUGHT caused this emotional, mental and biological shift. Our thoughts are literally the seeds of creative force that moment by moment create our lives. Monitor those thought seeds and keep a close eye on them - destroy immediately that which does not serve you, and nurture through gratitude those that do.

Thoughts are Seeds

The thoughts, yes the thoughts that run through your cinematic mind are the seeds which create or co-create nearly every aspect of the way your life is and the vibrations you put out into the world. In the symphony of life's vibrational world, you have a personal vibration unlike anyone elses'. Within that vibration, you have emotions and each of those emotions transmits a vibration. These vibrations are attracted to each other and it is evidenced everywhere all the time. This is why it is said that we are the average of our five closest friends and we enjoy people that 'think' similarly.

Shifting Vibrations

If you don't like what vibrations you are emitting (you can tell by what you are attracting to yourself), all you have to do is find the vibration you want and tune into it. Seek it, want it, think it, eat it, breathe it. Toss out the thought seeds in your mind that will grow weeds in the 'garden of your life' and nurture the good ones as if your life's peace and happiness depends on it, because it does.

Experiment with your thoughts. Here's a good start. The vibrations of 'fear' and 'excitement' are very close - like the black key next to the white key on a piano. While the dissonant chords of fear will cause hesitation (and for good reason), the resonant chords of excitement encourage action. This is the same juice that causes some to fear jumping out of a plane and another to become excited about it. Note how your body feels when you do this. Find something you get excited about and find the fear next to it and vica versa. It all starts with a thought.

Yes if we live on negative thoughts we draw that to us, we must be more positive if we want true happiness.
