Ipod frozen? Follow these simple steps to reset your device.

Ipod Reset

This applies to any iPod with a control wheel.

Simply hold down the MENU and Center button at the same time; after 2-3 seconds the screen will go black and then the Apple sign will appear. Shortly after the logo appears it will disappear, allowing the iPod to turn on again, returned to the state it was in before freezing.

Note

Any iPod without a control wheel has the ability to be turned off. Turn the device off and then on again. This acts as a reset of the system thus sorting any freezing problems.
