- 1.5kg chicken thigh
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Potato Flour
- Wheat
- Rice flour
- Eggs
- Baking soda
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic, tomato sauce (ketchup)
- Chilli Sauce
- Rice Syrup
- Vinegar apple


- Rinse chicken with cold water, then drain. For a bowl of chicken wings. Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
- Add ½ cup corn flour, ¼ cup flour, ¼ cup rice flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 egg.
