When your wardrobe is looking tired and outdated, there are several steps you can take to update your wardrobe and keep on trend.

Do you wear the same things day in, day out? Are you bored of your look but don’t have the money to buy a whole new wardrobe? If this person is you, then there are steps that you can take to totally revamp your existing wardrobe with very little cost to yourself. In fact, there are many things that you can do that won’t cost you anything at all. There are four simple things that you can do to give you a different look to the one that people will be used to seeing you wear.

The first tip is to add accessories. Simply by adding jewellery, different coloured shoes or a coordinating handbag, you will find that your outfit looks entirely different. Adding a scarf will have a similar effect. A scarf is a particularly versatile item as not only will it add a splash of colour, it can be worn in several different ways- in the hair, around the neck or as a belt. Be creative.

Add a Splash of Colour

Secondly, if you tend to wear a lot of black, it is easy to create a new brighter look, simply by adding a splash of colour. For example, if you usually wear a dark coloured suit to work, co-ordinate this with a bright coloured blouse. This will give a brighter, fresher look and may even improve the appearance of your complexion into the bargain.

Get Creative

If you really want to shake things up and get creative, you can completely revamp your wardrobe with a few design tricks. If you put your mind to it, utilize your creative side and spend a little time, nearly every item in your wardrobe can be given a new look. Try tie-dye, bleaching effects or whole item dyeing to change the colour of your clothing. Alternatively, add features. This can be done by adding glitter, sequins, feathers or embroidery. Other ideas include rips, patches of fabric or using fabric pens to ad words or designs. The choice is yours. Your clothes will be individual to you and your style.

Buy New

Finally, if you have the cash to splash, refresh your wardrobe by going out and buying some new items. If you are looking for an entirely new style, take a friend with you who you trust to advise you wisely about the shapes and colours that work best for your body shape and colouring.

If you are tired of your wardrobe, then there are several simple steps that you can take to give it a revamp. By being creative, buying a few new pieces and adding colour or accessories to your outfits your look will have a complete overhaul.

Collect a good amount of outer onion skins (the brown ones) When you´ve a good amount, boild them in abundant water. Then, plunge in it whatever you want to tint in a beautiful yellow colour. It could be a white blouse, trousers or skirt. Good share!
