Stuffed vegetable has own color and flavor. Color and flavor awaken appetite. Stuffed vegetables are rich in nutrients. Enjoy these stuffed vegetables

Delicious stuffed vegetables

Staffed Capsicum
What you will need
6 capsicums of three colors, if available
Rice 125gm
40gm ginger and garlic paste (Garlic is optional)
40 gm. salt
25gm white pepper powder or black pepper powder
80gm onion chopped properly
150gm tomato (for sauce)
30gm red chili powder
20gm finely chopped coriander leaves
30ml coconut or cashew cream
Cooking oil 35ml.
First soak rice for 10 minutes than cooked these. Parch onion, ginger and garlic paste in cooking oil. Mixed salt and white pepper powder in rice. Chopped capsicum from top and remove all seeds from these. Rub light white pepper and salt to inside capsicum. Cooked capsicum at 150 degree in pre heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
Boiled tomato and remove seed. Make paste of these. Mixed salt white pepper and red pepper in tomato paste. Cooked paste for some time. Add coconut or cashew cream in sauce.
Remove stuffer capsicum from oven and garnished it with coriander leaves. Serve it with sauce.
Stuffed spinach
What you will need
20 spinach leafs
75 gm. rice or 125 gm. potato
30gm cream
25gm onion finally chopped
5gm garlic, (Optional)
Half tsp. black pepper powder
50ml. cooking oil
25gm butter (for sauce)
25gm. chees
Wash spinach leafs properly. Boiled spinach leaves for one minute. Put these for some time in ice cold water. Heat oil in frying pan and fry garlic and onion pate. After it adds rice or boiled messed potato in it. When stuffing material cooked properly add cream salt and black pepper in it. Now you stuff material are ready.
Keep spinach leafs in bowel in this type that mixture to be filled. Heat oil and cooked stuffed spinach leafs in it.
Add butter in frying pan. Add salt, black pepper and cheese in butter and mixed properly.
Serve stuffed spinach leafs with hot sauce.

Stuffed Brin jal
What you will need (5 serving)
10 small size brinjal
For stuffing
50gm crushed ground nut or cashew
10 chopped green chilly
50gm butter
50gm chopped onion
60gm tomato puree
2tbs lemon juice
One fine chopped carrot and capsicum
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cut brinjals from the top and remove pulp. Do not throw it. It will use for stuffing. Put the butter in pan. Let the butter melt, fry onion, carrot, capsicum, and pulp of brinjals. Add green chilly in it and cook it. Add black pepper and lemon juice and mix it properly. Stuff this material in the brinjals. Bake stuffed brinjals in the per heater oven at 140°F
Cook tomato purry, groundnut, with salt and black pepper for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve brinjals with green chili and sauce.
