Is Developing Talents an essential attribute in career?

Every person has his own talent. He should develop it for the sake of his own interests. No man can reach his desired goal without the active benefit of talent. The faculty of brain may be tuned for being a scientist, for being a cinema artist, or for being a banker etc. Brains can be cultivated accordingly.

Introduction

developing talent is the most essential attribute of a person. Without talent no man can shine in life . He may have knack for studying the science subjects or the English Literature or mathematics in his course of studies in schools and colleges. If he develops his faculty of brain for growing efficiency in mastering the mathematics, the physics or the chemistry or the biology , he may opt for being a subject specialist in the respective fields. If his brains absorbs quickly for the arts subjects like English Literature, History Philosophy , Political Science etc, he may turn out to be a Masters of English Literature, Historian, specialist in Philosophy and political science etc. He may turn out to be an artist, a painter or a photographer or a drama artist or cinema actors according to his liking for his profession he or she chooses. Talent can not be classified .According to his talent, he develops his propensity to be a school teacher or college and university professor or a scientist or a lawyer or an administrator in the field of public administration or a chief executive officer in the field of public and private sector companies. If he has a talent for engineering ,he may become an engineer or a technocrat. If he has a talent for joining the Army or the Air force or the Navy, he may become an Army Officer or an Air Force Officer or a Navy Officer. It is the talent that makes him or her reach the goal to a desired height. It goes without saying that a rolling stone gathers no moss, a working brain shines the talent. It develops the skill to attain the desired destination of the success. The latent talent has to be developed in such a way that the aim in life is fulfilled . Then there will be no amount of repentance in later life.

Utility of developing talent from early age of life.

Talent should be developed from early age of life. The parents control their young sons and daughters in such a way that their sons and daughters may not waste their time and energy They may sharpen their intellectual abilities towards the cause of their studies .and ultimately in the long run, it becomes their practice to develop their talent. Once the talent is nurtured in early ages of life , it will take the form into full grown tree in later life. He or she develops his or her interest in the choicest subjects they like to study further in later life. He or she may develop his or her knack for being a professional in the field of medicine, law,etc. He or she may turn out to be a meritorious student, excelling their marks in the Higher Secondary examinations. thus paving the way for entry into a desirable good stream. He may achieve a berth in the desired field . A talented person can find his way into the top position of the profession. A young boy or girl does not take care of his or her talent from the early age ,he or she may ruin his career and can not be retrieved at any cost . Sustained hard work coupled with shining of brain may push him or her to achieve the ambition in life.

Conclusion.

No man can shine in life if the talent is not developed in a proper way .It is mandatory for every man to pay attention to the nurturing of the talent of their young sons and daughters so that they may develop their sincerity ,punctuality and discipline instilled in their life for glorious achievement in life.
