Italian Recipes: Braciole

My granny was a very clever cooker, she used to cook all types of foods from allaround the world. One of the most deliciouse ways to cook beef is braciole. Here you'll find granny's recipe for cooking braciole. Read it, cook it, enjoy it. Don't forget to write a comment if you like the recipe:)

What do you need to cook Brociole?

Boneless beef steak (2 large pieces around 1 pound) 1/4 inch thick
1 cup crushedtomato
1 cup fresh tomato juice
Salt, pepper, 1/2tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, crushed and dried rosemary
Grated Parmesan
Vegetable oil

Procedure (How to cook Brociole)

1- Wash meat steak very well and put on paper towel to drain.
2- Mix all seasonings.
3- Place meat in a flat plate and season both sides.
4-Put grated parmesan on the meat.
5- Roll the meat carefuly and press as you're rolling.
6- Use thread or tooth picks to hold cheese and spices in the middle.
7- In a large skillet, put some oil and heat.
8- place the rolls and brown all the sides.
9- Pour tomato (crushed and juices) and cook it for about 20 minutes on medium heat.
10- Take the rolls out of sauce and remove the thread or the toothpicks.

Serving Brociole

Use a very sharp knife to cut into 1/2 inch slices and serve with the left sauce and rice.
