Microorganism or microbes are the microscopic organisms, which may be a single cell or multicellular. The study of microorganism is called Microbiology.

Microorganisms include bacteria, fungi, archeae, but not viruses because viruses are non-living. Some microorganisms are useful for us and our environment and some are harm full they caused a disease.
The microorganism is present everywhere in our environment, they live almost everywhere on the earth where there is liquid water, hot weather, ocean floor and in the rocks.
Microorganisms are critical to nutrient recycling in ecosystems as they act as decomposers. As some microorganisms can also fix nitrogen, they are an important part of the nitrogen cycle.
However, pathogenic microbes can invade other organisms and cause diseases that kill millions of people every year. Microorganisms can be found almost anywhere in the taxonomic organization of life on the planet.
Bacteria and archaea are almost always microscopic, while a number of eukaryotes are also microscopic, including most protists and a number of fungi.
The bacteria cause the several harmful diseases, like plague, tuberculosis and anthrax; protozoa, causing diseases such as malaria, sleeping sickness and toxoplasmosis.
Here I mentioned the name of bacteria:-
Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Escherichia coliare. Escherichia coliare is a helpful bacterium. The Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria are harmful to humans.

Experiment To Perform The Growth Of Microorganism

Growth Process Of Microorganism: -
Growth's of microorganism is explained by experiment, take the sample of urine a spread over the agar surface; and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 days . The colonies are developed on the media surface, with the help of sterilized loop picking the colonies on uncontaminated microbial culture and streaked into new agar plate this process is called ''Streaking Process''. By the result of streaking process many microorganisms are deposited, resulting in confluent growth of microorganism. Some microorganism is gram positive and some are gram negative.

Gram Negative Bacteria: -
Gram-negative bacteria are bacteria that do not retain the crystal violet dye in the Gram staining protocol. In a Gram stain test, a counterstain (commonly safranin) is added after the crystal violet, coloring all gram-negative bacteria with a red or pink color.

Gram Positive Bacteria: -
Gram-positive bacteria are those bacteria that are stained dark blue or violet by Gram staining.

Harm Ful Bacteria

Escherichia coli is a Gram-negative, facultative anaerobic, rod-shape this bacterium that is commonly found in the lower intestine of warm-blooded organisms (endotherms). E.coli is a harmful bacteria, live in the intestine and pass out the normal flora. They contaminated the food and water and causes a disease.
Virulent strains of E. coli can cause gastroenteritis, urinary tract infections, and neonatal meningitis. In rarer cases, virulent strains are also responsible for hemolytic-uremic syndrome, peritonitis, mastitis, septicemia and Gram-negative pneumonia.

Scientific Classification: -
Domain: Bacteria
Kingdom: Eubacteria
Phylum: Proteobacteria
Class: Gammaproteobacteria
Order: Enterobacteriales
Family: Enterobacteriaceae
Genus: Escherichia
Species: E. coli .
