How to make the steak

Hello Everyone,

Sorry for not posting for awhile. I preparing myself and my family to go back the United States so it has been hectic. But before I packed up I wanted to give at least one great recipe before I got on the plane. This recipe is make a great tasting steak with a little bit of preparation. I recommend using this a BBQ grill or a indoor grill. You can use your favorite cut of steak I prefer a NY strip or T-bone steak. You will need the following

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup steak seasoning
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 steaks (1/2 pound each)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup minced garlic

I was told from my friend that steak seasoning wasn’t readily available in their country. So I will add how to make your own.

1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, steak seasoning, red wine vinegar, basil, and Italian seasoning.

2. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag.

3.You can tenderize the steak with good old fashion meat tenderizer or pierce steaks on all sides with a fork or knife.

4.Place the steaks in the bag. Shake the bag until the steaks are completely covered in the marinade.Place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for better taste.

5.Heat up your BBQ or indoor grill so it is nice an hot.

6.Lightly oil the grill to make sure the steaks do not stick. Place steaks on the grill to desired doneness.

How to make Steak & Italian seasoning

Steak seasoning Recipe

4 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dehydrated(dry) onion
1/2 tablespoon dehydrated(dry) garlic
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/2 tablespoon dried fennel

Just mix all the ingredients together and store in a unused salt shaker or empty spice container. This recipe is good for about 1lb of beef.

Italian seasoning Recipe

2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried sage

With this mixture just store in air tight plastic ware or container.
