Man must dream to face the future. Dreams will propel a man forward, but it is important to be sane and a realist

Looking forward

The human mind and brain is a complex mechanism. Both of them unite together to create a dream, which could be a fantasy. Dreams and fantasies are important as they set the tone for research and development. If one never had a dream of success or achievement of a task, I am afraid that task may well never be achieved. Thus dreaming of success or the future is an essential part of human psyche.
There is however a small line between a dream and a delusion. In a delusion a human becomes a prisoner to his dream. This can result in unnatural actions that in the long run will harm the individual. Thus one must be able to draw a fine line between a dream and a delusion. Dreams can be achieved , but that needs two ingredients namely hard work and luck. This commodity luck cannot be defined and it is something which is still a mystery.
One must dream of the future and try and make a dream come true, but remember never to fall in the trap of a delusion.
Thus one canclude that one must dream , but not make dream the sole motivator.

Other species may not have dreams but only react to circumstances. Our dreams tell us the art of the possible but we have to proceed step-by-step - siva
